Message	scares the hell out of me. There's no such thing sold on the market today, it's all lies and bad marketing. Any company that does that willingly doesn't get my business. Kudos to zgene4 below that actually went and checked the HID FAQ. As for Philips, they do indeed have problems sometimes but it appears all ballasts can sometimes have an issue.
